Executive Chef Jason Moniz leads his crew in an exhibition kitchen that allows diners to see their orders prepared. “I use simple flavors and high quality ingredients ensuring guests will get consistently good food,” said Moniz.

An outdoor beer garden with 48 local brew and a bourbon selection compliments the three bocce ball courts and fire pits. With more than 40 HDTV’s and screens above every bowling lane, sports enthusiasts will not miss an event.
