(USA Today) – Jameis Winston was featured this week on “Draft Academy,” an ESPN show in which potential NFL Draft selections are interviewed. On it, Winston spoke with Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh and members of his staff.
During Tuesday night’s episode, Harbaugh pushed Winston to explain the incident in which he was caught on a security camera taking crab legs from a Publix grocery store.
In the video Winston explains that he wasn’t shoplifting, but rather had a deal with a Publix employee where he was gifted free food.
While who knows how true or not this is, it does seem to make sense.
