The Pearls of Perfection Debutante Program recognizes notable young ladies from across the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area who have demonstrated superior academic excellence, exemplary moral standards and are actively engaged in their local communities.

This comprehensive program – designed to develop young ladies (and gentlemen) who are Polished, Poised and Preparedbegins in August and runs through February 2022. It is specifically for young ladies who will be high school juniors and seniors. Once the program is completed in February, the accomplishments of these young ladies are celebrated in a spectacular way during an elegant Debutante Cotillion.

The Pearls of Perfection Debutante program is comprised of four key principles. They are:

  • Scholarship – including scholastic achievement and the value of continuing education at the post-secondary level through scholarship awards,
  • Service – the importance of giving back to their communities through individual and group community service projects,
  • Leadership Skills – participants can network and learn from professionals while absorbing educational development and college preparedness,
  • Personal Development – through a series of workshops, cultural events and rehearsals, participants will learn etiquette and social graces, and will enhance their personal growth.

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is an organization of college-educated women committed to constructive development of its members and to public service. For more information please visit www.ccacdst.org.
