Free Computer and Six Months Free Internet for Oakland Students

Oakland Technology Exchange (OTX) is a nonprofit that is offering a free desktop computer or free laptop to Oakland Unified School District students. Students can also sign up six months of free internet service.

 

The free laptops are available until Wednesday, Sept. 2, or free desktop are available from OTX. Sign up for six months of free Internet service until Wednesday, Sept. 30.

 

To sign up in English, call (855) 846-8376 and answer some interview questions to qualify.

After qualifying, follow up with a call to OTX at (510) 893-4822, and arrange to pick out a computer.
