East Bay Small Business Council Town Hall on Coal
The East Bay Small Business Council (EBSBC) will hold a town hall meeting on “Coal Transport Education,” Thursday, Sept. 17, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Small Sanctuary at True Vine Ministries, 1125 West St. in Oakland.
The town hall will discuss community benefits, action planning and turnout planning for the Sept. 21 City of Oakland public hearing on coal transport through Oakland.
The EBSBC meeting is sponsored by the Uplifting the Community Development Corporation (UCDC), East Bay Social Justice Center, Grassroots Engineering and Citywide Clergy.
