Alameda County Fair Chance Job and Resource Fair – Wednesday, April 26, 2023
In recognition of National Reentry Month, the Alameda County Social Services Agency, in partnership with the Oakland Private Industry Council, Alameda County Workforce Development Board, Alameda County Probation Department, Kaiser Permanente, and West Oakland Job Resource Center is hosting a Fair Chance Job and Resource Fair on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at RingCentral Coliseum.
In recognition of National Reentry Month, the Alameda County Social Services Agency, in partnership with the Oakland Private Industry Council, Alameda County Workforce Development Board, Alameda County Probation Department, Kaiser Permanente, and West Oakland Job Resource Center is hosting a Fair Chance Job and Resource Fair on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at RingCentral Coliseum.
The event aims to provide local businesses the opportunity to meet highly skilled, but often overlooked, candidates face-to-face and offer them jobs on the spot. Representatives will be on-site will to offer assistance with California ID applications, live scan fingerprinting, hairstylist and barber services, music, and more.
Alameda County Social Services staff will also be on-site to share information regarding the Medi-Cal and CalFresh programs and provide application enrollment and case assistance.
