This session is appropriate for nonprofit and faith-based organization leaders, advocates, managers, board members, and others.

Participants who complete the April 14 training and would like to further their skills on this topic will have the opportunity to participate in subsequent trainings on April 20, May 18, and June 15, through scheduled trainings through The Nehemiah Project. The final document generated through this process can serve as a guide for organization leaders to align and hone their more in-depth strategic planning efforts.

This valuable training has been made available to all OCCUR partners and the Bay Area nonprofit and faith-based community thanks to generous funding from San Francisco Foundation’s FAITHS Program.
