AC Transit Holiday Bus Offering Free Rides Since 1963
While aboard the bus, riders can grab a mini paper bus (while supplies last) and some festive ornaments and gift tags, which are available throughout the fleet or at the customer service center in Oakland.

AC Transit has deployed holiday-themed buses on various lines throughout the East Bay that offer free rides.
The specially wrapped holiday buses operate through Dec. 31. It’s a tradition dating back to 1963, just three years after AC Transit began service.

WestCAT Holiday Bus
WestCAT is also offering free rides on its Holly Jolly Bus. The bus will run on different routes all month long.
