Operatic soprano Angela Brown performed “A Woman’s Life” with the Oakland East Bay Symphony at the Paramount Theatre on Friday, Jan. 25. Based on the poetry of Maya Angelou, the performance followed the stages of one woman’s life, as a little girl, adult and an elder.
