The Center for Human Development (CHD) held its Annual Toy Giveaway on Dec. 20 at the Shields-Reid Community Center at 1410 Kelsey Street in Richmond.
This year’s event benefitted 370 children between the ages 2 to 12. Toys included remote control cars, skateboards, scooters, high demand dolls, games, sports equipment, bikes, a variety of balls and stocking stuffers.
