The San Leandro Senior Community Center is celebrating Independence Day with a lunch prepared by “Chef Rick, ” Tuesday, July 3, noon to 2 p.m.at 13909 East 14th St. in San Leandro.

This event will be held outdoors (weather permitting). Participants are invited to wear red, white or blue.
